The Danger of Throwing Garbage in the River
Thesis
In the current era of globalization, littering activities such as in rivers seem to have become commonplace.
Even the number of people who litter in the city is increasing. This makes the river flow clogged with garbage so that when it rains with continuous intensity, the river overflows and causes flood disasters.
Argument
From time to time, the number of individuals who litter especially in rivers continues to increase, this is the conclusion of many observers. Humans still haven't given up on throwing garbage in rivers that can cause flooding.
In fact, the victims of the flood disaster itself are not small. Many people have been injured or died due to flooding. However, this is still not enough to raise awareness for people who are still littering.
Reaffirmation
Should have known the effect, people would be aware not to litter anymore so as not to harm themselves, others, and also the surrounding environment.
If there is no garbage in the river, the river water will not be clogged and can minimize flooding, even if it rains heavily.
